Refund/Cancellation Policy

Students are given the right to cancel any contracts with National Adjusters Online Training for any reason and at any time but are not guaranteed a refund. Any registered student who is unable to attend must withdraw before the first online course date that he is enrolled in to qualify for a refund. No refund will be given in the case of a student who fails to attend the online course or fails to meet the standards of appropriate behavior.  Cancellation must be made by email info@teamnato.com. You may transfer your enrollment to a future course if you are no longer able to attend the course you registered for. There will be a $45 processing fee on refunds. All training manual purchases are non-refundable.
